Coastal Spine Institute (CSI) was founded to deliver personalized and highly specialized spine care for the patients of Brunswick County and surrounding coastal communities.  CSI offers minimally invasive and complex spine surgical services.

We are the only surgical practice dedicated solely to the care of patients with spinal disorders in the region.  Doctor Kevin Cahill, MD, PhD, MPH is a Harvard-trained spinal neurosurgeon at CSI.  Dr. Cahill is a board-certified neurosurgeon and fellowship-trained in spine surgery.  He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and complex spine surgery.
