Dr. Sure is a specialist in complex and revision spine surgery including scoliosis surgery and spinal deformity surgery. He completed his fellowship in spinal deformity surgery at UVA. He then served as Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at Essentia Health Minnesota prior to joining CSI in 2021. Dr. Cahill is a Harvard-trained spinal neurosurgeon and the founder of CSI. He specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery and outpatient spine surgery. Drs. Sure and Cahill are the only fellowship-trained spinal neurosurgeons in the region.
